I used Kara to shop for clothes for a head shot I needed as an actor. She did really well with matching colors and making the outfits work. If I were to rate her on a scale from 1 to 10 they would have to be a 9. I found La Femme Wonderworks while researching image consultants on the web prior to the shoot. Yours truly had a bit of fashion rut (full-time job and part-time grad school can be a bit frazzling), but when I hit 30 earlier this year, I decided to kick it up a notch. I called Kara and she immediately got to work, not only was she a great personal stylist, but I would dare to say she's a great style coach, too!
I picked a 2-hour shopping package and met her at Tyson's on a sunday afternoon. When I got there, I'd found that she had gone to several stores ahead of me and picked out a massive amount of outfits! It was fantastic - she picked out different cuts that I normally wouldn't try, but they worked! And she's not forceful, if you don't like it, she'll find something else. All in all, I'm totally prepared for the fall/winter season and definitely ready to take on my 30's!
To kick it up a notch, buy an outfit for a special event with NO CLUE what to wear or a wedding that needs a MAC makeup artist, give Kara a call, she'll help you get it done. (Gentleman, aside from the MAC stuff, that includes you, too!)

Finally, I was in a position financially to relax and do something for me. Turning 40 is definitely a turning point in a woman's life. The experience left me feeling rejuvenated and excited about myself and my looks. Shopping became an enjoyable experience for the first time in my life. I learned a lot about my body type and the styles and colors that flatter me the most. I will never forget this experience and recommend it to all. It's something I should have done years ago.
